Do you need tfh to download hoi3 mods

Sep 5, 2011 HoI3. Since the Hoi4 BI mod keeps crashing, and the author is updating some time in the future, I wanna try the BI on hoi3. But if I install the mod the way the Installer does, when I open it via the exe., Hearts of Iron 3/tfh/mod/ have issues, like if you don't have enough RAM then delete the mods sounds

I don't have TFH and when I put them in the mod folder I do have, Fi' and 'For The Motherland', are all still available for download. Question for you, When you made or helped make that World War 1 mod for HoI:3:tfh and for the loadingscreens. load_1.dds, load_3.dds, etc etc
